DO NOT buy any item from anker! This is a review of Soundcore Life P2. But because their service sucks, I will vote against them in every product review I own. So here I go. Headphones stopped working after a month. They would not connect. Since my headphones were under warranty, I called Amazon who in turn connected me to Anker. I told them about the situation and the person on the phone said that all I had to do on my part was take a picture of the receipt and the product itself. I have made. After I threw them away. Now I get an email saying that I should return the original headphones first. They never said I had to return the original. So now they've lost a big supporter of their products. I have four of their power banks, a pair of speakers and other headphones. But not anymore. And I will also leave negative feedback for other products I have purchased. F anchor!
