I am absolutely *surprised* by the amount of positive feedback here. This product is fundamentally flawed (IMHO) as there are *4* possible points of failure, but only visible 3:1 at first. The "claw" gripping the steering wheel seems to be pretty good.2. Ball/socket connection that allows for tilt and rotation.3. A combination of a spring arm and elastic corners that hold the phone. Well, I was out for a few minutes and Bixby kept going up, so it looked like the side mount was too close to one of the buttons. I pushed the base of the phone up so the button was free and my phone fell to the ground! It turns out: 4. There is a plastic sliding bracket on the base, which is attached to the ball joint. I can't understand *why* it's there, but when it hits the phone with a light squeeze while cycling on a smooth road, I honestly have no idea how it's going to last 5 minutes on a mountain bike, motorbike, etc.
