With limited space but love for fun this was such a long awaited product and worth a try. I took my glasses off after inspecting them so happy they fit so well and take up very little space. I then took the pitcher out of the plastic bag to remove the sticker and wash it. With a sticker attached to both the picture and the glasses I have no doubt that I received this as a new product. However, it has scratches in the most inconvenient place. I will only be able to use it for myself, it is definitely not presentable for the company. That was my main goal. As you can see from the photo there is a scratched ring next to the top which looks like you didn't wash it properly after the last use. It actually looks worse than in the photo. There is no way I would serve it to guests. Rough. You could blame the lid rubbing against the carafe, which is so innocuous that someone forgot to wrap it properly, but it shows just how much this plastic takes on everyday wear and tear. closer and found a few scratches that make this product look like cheap plastic despite its quality weight. I tried to photograph that too. So I came to the conclusion that it will only get worse with use. If it scratches so easily and looks so bad so quickly, it will only get worse over time. I would only recommend this if you plan to use it with children and therefore need something unbreakable. Because the carafe is tall and thin, it's not the best choice for kids, so basically kids can only have plastic glasses. UPDATE: 06/10/21. treat them with great care. Minor scratches appeared, although it was handled with kid gloves. So I will repeat that with regular family use they will not remain attractively new. The carafe is in the garage and is sometimes used to water plants. I will never serve drinks in it.
