Doesn't work for me.

This supplement is not suitable for me. I suffered from exhaustion and could not complete my training as expected. I had to stop using it before I could get full performance again. I haven't seen any benefits.

Pros

Optimal ratio Leucine/Isoleucine/Valine 2:1:1 - 1000 mg per serving (500 mg per capsule)

Cons
