For years I've used Press-n-seal plastic wrap to seal my bowls, either for leftovers or more often when I'm proving dough in the bowl. It works well but was still difficult to get a solid seal. These reusable covers completely solve that problem - once they're worn, they stay. They are also easy to wash. I wasn't sure if they would dry completely, but stretching them over a mug, bowl, or whatever on my dryer will dry them completely overnight. It's nice to know that I don't throw away single-use plastic wrap all the time. Incidentally, the largest lid also fits a 22.9 x 33 cm pan if you are preparing focaccia in it.
