Oh Twodles in decorations

Number 2 balloon burst right after inflation. The nasal balloon was torn on arrival and unusable. Minnie's head balloons didn't fly properly. They hung upside down as if the ears were too heavy. I inflated them with helium but had to tape them anyway because they didn't work as advertised. You need to assemble the banner yourself. I really liked the cupcakes and toppers.
