Too "puffy " for women

I love those extra zippered pockets but they looked ridiculously long and puffy on me. I'm 56 so I'm no longer interested in the little running shorts I've been wearing all summer and I was looking for something with more protection. I have found 4 inch shorts from Baleaf which don't have the same pockets but look much better but are also more modest.
