As an auxiliary water pump in the Merc GL450
This can be a factory replacement for my 2007 GL450 auxiliary water pump. Fits perfectly and runs quietly. If you can hear the coolant boiling after a few minutes with the A/C or heater on (it's a front/rear system) AND your engine isn't overheating, this part and about 10 minutes (plus the mess) will fix the problem.
