I was looking for an unobtrusive Bluetooth receiver to use with my Spotify car thing. He's doing his job. Whether he does his job well or not is another story. When no music is playing, a spooky sound appears. The noise is higher when the charging cable is charging something on the peripheral port. Also, the worst thing is the terribly compressed "coherent" voice. It's so chaotic and noisy. Absolutely unnecessary. If you're just looking for a Bluetooth receiver with no audio controls, I'm not sure they get any better than this one. However, there are better options if you don't care about the controls.
