Bad design

Although these boots are adorable and my son loves them. The yellow "spike" on the back of the boot is poorly designed. Within 2 hours of the first day he wore them, they fell right off of him while running. Now I have a child frustrated because I have to return them to get a better pair. Also, the handles (which the child uses to pull the boots) fell off less than 4 times when putting them on. UPDATE: I have to say the seller is AMAZING! I was contacted immediately after my review and they immediately sent me a new pair! Very impressive, they stand behind their product and genuinely care about their customers.
