Review on Shinnwa Square Cushion Computer Kitchen by Bre Ellis

I have lower back and tailbone pain so I'm always looking for something to relieve the stress of sitting for long periods at work. This foam pad is thick and soft to the touch so I was hoping that would make a difference, but it's actually nothing special other than a large square foam sponge. It's not memory foam or anything, so take it like a sponge for what it is. It can be great just to sit on for short periods of time or to use as a simple chair cushion, but that's about it. It is definitely not recommended for people with back pain.
