UPDATE: Customer service is great, they saw my review and contacted me to replace my item. Get a 3-star rating for it! I liked the concept, even if it didn't work for long. My cheap $5 chargers usually last a year, this barely lasted two months.
Pros
- Added an extra layer of protection to Lightning and USB connectors to improve durability and reduce wear and tear; Cables tested 16,000 times for 95 degree bends;
