I like it when it works. Slow Customer Support

In theory, I really like this stylus, it's better than the Apple Pencil for iPhone and iPad, except for the "Pro" line (if it works). HOWEVER, there appear to be significant quality control issues with Adonit products. I received my first Pixel stylus in October 2016 which stopped working reliably in March 2017 and was replaced under warranty. Then, about a month later, my spare pen stopped charging, so it was replaced a second time (it turned out to be the USB charger). Now my THIRD pixel pen has also become unreliable, just like my first one. While drawing, the nib and/or Bluetooth seems to be disconnected intermittently, preventing the drawing application from recording my stroke. Not sure if I should try to get a 3rd replacement from Adonit (that would be my FOURTH Pixel) or just call it a loss for now. I cannot recommend this product. Save money and buy a cheap stylus, especially if your device has "3D Touch" for pressure sensitivity in the display (iPhone 6S or newer). I have been very happy with this lately: Stylus Pen, ASONRL Super Capacitive Stylus Fine Point Styluses with 2 extra pcs. interchangeable thin disc tips universal for tablets/iPad mini/smartphones All touchscreen devices are black UPDATE: I have contacted Adonit support. They were initially quick to respond after I started a tweet scandal, but it's now been over a week since I last heard from them. In their last email they seem tired of replacing that expensive stylus so I was offered a free upgrade to a 'passive stylus' but I didn't say which model it would be. CONTINUED UPDATE July 10, 2018: Adonit FINALLY got back to me after almost 5 MONTHS and actually replaced my PIXEL with a new one. I hope it works until I finally get an iPad Pro and an Apple Pencil. For now, I might still prefer the cheap pen mentioned above.
