Works well with minor imperfections

This is basically what you'd expect from a photo. It's actually a metal frame that contains three separate 8-port blocks. A plus not listed in the description is that there is a retaining clip on one end that can be easily removed to allow the three 8-port blocks to be removed separately, making it easy to disassemble the panel first install and then stamp. Just make sure you route all the cables in the correct route so you can reconnect the device. The main downside is the poor quality cable management clips. There are three of these (one for each of the sub-blocks) and they are made of very hard, brittle plastic. I highly recommend not attaching them until after ALL the wires have been routed to the block as there is no way to align the punch tool once the terminals are in place. Separating the clips without breaking them is quite difficult. Depending on how you want to organize your cables, it may also take some planning so you can route the cables through the clamp before punching them through.
