Ideal for business and productive use

I use a cheap 27 inch display on my home office desk. My desk is shaped like an "L" with the center corner facing the corner of my office, with a wall on the left and windows facing the front of the house on the right. The middle corner of my desk is rounded. I figured a 34 inch curved display would fit perfectly by adding another 3 1/2 screens on each side and I had room. I looked at a lot of displays, read reviews and decided I didn't need a gaming display. An article in PC Magazine recommended a display with USB-C and DisplayPort support to achieve higher refresh rates of 100Hz and beyond. I decided this Samsung display was the right combination of features and price. .I am pleased with my purchase. The rotary switch to adjust the settings is intuitive and the on-screen controls are very easy to set up. The stand is stable and the display is very easy to adjust in height and viewing angle. The dark gray color of the frame matches the dark gray surface of my desk perfectly. The colors are clear. The high screen resolution of 3440 x 1440 took some getting used to, but it's grown and I'm enjoying the increased performance. Multiple windows are open, including remote sessions, and it's amazing to be able to see them all at once without having to minimize one and bring others to the front. I don't play very much although I have Steam installed and I have Elite Dangerous. . So I'll be checking out the game soon to see how it looks on the big screen. If you work in a home office and want a 34-inch curved display, this Samsung display is a great choice.
