The dashboard view can be very useful to see where your team needs support with different aspects of selling. It's easy for staff who do not have previous marketing or management skills in business development to get into the game. There isn't enough variety available for those looking at a career change. I would suggest creating more content around social media, LinkedIn etc. so users from other industries could also find it interesting. If you're looking for something easy to create and manage campaigns then this platform will suit well. As an agency we often had clients ask us what they needed to sell to potential prospects but lacked any way of actually doing so ourselves within our own account manager tool. This was solved by implementing Salesworks as part of our client offerings.
