Vacuuming is fine. It's so quiet! I could leave it on at night and be sure I won't wake up. Get under the beds. Now the problems. Charging is more than difficult. I finally charged it and updated the software and firmware. On his first run, he went completely over a pile of dirt. It was a disaster. I had to disassemble and clean it. No fun. But other than that - it worked like a charm. I love it! But he did NOT return to base to attack. When I put it on the base it charges but then the battery dies. So today he partially cleaned a room and a hallway and said his battery was low and he was going back to base. Then he quickly started wandering around in places he wasn't even going today and died. I do NOT want to return this. I read something about the base being 5ft from the router. I'll try and speak to support. I'll update this review and let you know what's going on.
