Simple delicious bread

I love bread, especially fresh from the oven. I used to buy them direct from the baker but lately I don't go there anymore because of COVID. While I still enjoy bread from my local Walmart/Safeway, it's not the same. My wife told me about the bread maker and I can bake a small loaf every few days. I didn't want to bake bread for hours, but to my surprise, it's actually very little work. Most of the time just waiting for it to cook. It's set on a timer so I recommend just setting it up the night before and you'll have warm fluffy bread in the morning. One of the most important tips for making fluffy bread is to keep yeast away from moist things. The water/oil is at the bottom, then in the middle layer, bread the flour and make a small hole at the top to let the yeast in. This will give the best result as the mixer will mix the wet dough with the flour first and then the yeast. There are many recipes, and so far I have only tried the main bread. I wanted to jerk off before experimenting. The soft white bread is the easiest and far better than the Miracle Bread from local stores. It usually goes away after a day or two as my kids love them too.
