Review on Duke Ruby Fude Pen: Optimal Calligraphy Fountain Pen with Fine to Broad Nib Sizes for Signature and Art Drawing, Complete with Pen Pouch by Jessica Lewis

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Incredible filler!

Medium nib fountain pen with Duke logo. This is a beautiful pen with gold plated detailing that catches the eye; In addition, it is ideal for small to medium-sized hands. Big hands would think they were holding a pen. It's metal (but not heavy) and comes with a converter. But to really appreciate this fountain pen, you need to pair it with the right inks - not all inks are created equal. I use Parker Black Quink. In my opinion, the cost of ink should never exceed the cost of a pen. I've found Parker's Quink to dry quickly on paper, but - importantly - NOT on a pen. As a result, the fountain pen writes "wet"! I've had Montblanc, Sheaffers, Parkers, Watermans, Cross. and I NEVER expected this pen to work the way it does! That's great! The consistency of the lines and, with a little pressure, even the variations that a medium-sized pen creates make writing a pleasure! It may cost me less than $20, but this fountain pen acts like it costs $200! Can I recommend it? Well, if I do, you'll probably buy it. The thing is, you won't regret it. However, if I do, and since I want to buy more of it for gifts (yes, it's that good), the supply will decrease. Then again, it probably came from somewhere else. So yes, I recommend it!
