I bought this to make drip sauce out of the pan. Its low profile design really makes the task a lot more efficient than an air broom. A cooking show demonstrated that the most effective way to use a whisk is to use a flat, right-to-left (back and forth) motion rather than a circular motion. Traffic. For this flat whisk, I think this applies to a small amount of liquid in a large flat saucepan, e.g. B. for making sauce from a dripping pot or making sauce in a pan. I really like the size of this whisk, the overall length is 10 inches. (crown covers about 6 inches, handle 4 inches). It is also easy to use and lightweight. However, note that since the whisk wire is very light, the balancer tends to lean toward a much heavier grip. I turn it face down around the rim of a small bowl or bowl after use so it doesn't tip over and splatter everything. The only suggestion I would make would be to change the grip from round to slightly oval so it's less slippery.
