Amazing customer service - the consumer product itself is exactly what it should be at this price point

Talk briefly about the products. But what I REALLY want to talk about is customer service. But people have questions about the product, that's the main thing. PRODUCT: Other people talked about what's in the box and fleshed out the instructions. Various components may be pre-assembled (or disassembled), items that may be sold separately (e.g. lenses), and may not follow the instructions in the supplied manual. My big problem was not realizing that a phone holder and a tablet holder are two different things. Go slow - this is definitely a consumer item, not a studio item. It's not designed to put heavy weight on aluminum and is only strong with that much weight. They have provided you with fasteners and fasteners to ensure the use and security of your most important investment - your mobile devices. I have a 12" iPadPro installed. Do you use any cases I have on hand to protect the edges? definitely not an option. I have only started building the product 6 months after purchase and any after sales service or warranty period has expired. I thought it would be worth contacting SaveYour but to be honest I was confused. Things happen. Delivery services have become rude due to the pandemic. But I didn't do my job - to ensure a safe arrival - as I should have done. I didn't play the sad fiddle which caused me to actually flake off. I just informed them that my tripod arrived with a broken leg. I could still benefit from some of the little things in the kit but would appreciate any kindness from them even though I was terribly late. I also mentioned that I struggled to match the details with the reference sheet and provided photographic evidence from my film camera collection that the tripod details were familiar if not 21st century Gegau mounting options. I received a quick reply to my email: within 2 hours, maybe faster. It was nice, personal, professional and a new tripod - no ring lights - in four days. Free for me when they dropped the kit they also gave me some spare brackets for the BT trigger device. even shipping. I'd pay shipping, give a discount, or just be ok if they politely acknowledge their warranty and support window. A purely business interaction would be excellent. But there was also a subtext of kindness. And again everything is very professional. This is what blows my mind 100%. Not millions of years of durability for a lighting accessory that is effectively mass-produced. (Sorry SaveYour, but I'm a realist. I still love the packaging.) But customer service and dealing with people as people.
