Review on πŸ”ͺ Logan 350-1 Compact Elite: Precision Sewing Cutter for Effortless Fabric Crafting by Gelin Battle

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Great tool for beginners!

For someone who has never attempted to frame anything with matte card stock, I was concerned it would be a difficult and challenging task. However, I just couldn't accept the fee that Hobby Lobby and Michaels wanted for my project (I wanted 2 matte boards in different colors and the project cost $200). I became familiar with it once I got the tool, but I should have spent more time doing practice cuts to get a better idea of where the cuts are being made. My first project had a few glitches, but the $200 savings on a single project was perfectly acceptable. My second project looks better than the first and I'm working on my third project right now. Needless to say, now that I've got everything figured out, the designs look almost as good as professionally made ones. If I had taken my 3 projects to any of these places I would have lost $600, but I only spent about $300 on this tool (including matte boards and other miscellaneous tools). It's pretty easy to do and well worth the effort. Just make sure to replace the blades when they get dull and buy matte boards in bulk if you want to do multiple projects, it's cheaper. It's also easier to buy matte boards according to the frame size you want, making the whole process easier.
