This fan is easy to attach to your stroller. The neck isn't stiff enough to keep it in an extended position so it takes a lot of play to set it at the right angle, but if you just cut it straight it wouldn't be a problem. Let's talk about the safety of this fan. The slots on the back of the fan are more than big enough for kids fingers, which my 18 month old daughter has done twice already. The blades on this fan are made of thicker plastic so they don't even leave a mark, but definitely not ideal for young kids who don't know how to do better.
