My system batteries lasted about 7 months at default settings, I removed the cameras for charging and swapping, and the mount destroyed the camera after charging and trying to reinstall. The manufacturer advised me to buy another mount but the problem is not with the mount but with the entire back of the camera as the inner mounting nut has pulled through the camera's outer body and is damaged beyond repair. So I contacted the manufacturer again and sent more pictures of the problem. The manufacturer sent me a new replacement camera and a prepaid label to return the broken one. Wonderful product, great pics and live stream. It's a hassle to take the cameras out to charge every 7 months so for the ones I have installed outside I installed a solar panel made specifically for this model and it still works great. I was about 82% satisfied I made the right choice when the back of this camera mount popped out. Now I am 100% satisfied that I made the right choice in purchasing several of these devices for personal and business use. These cameras can also be attached with magnets, which are easy to remove for charging, but at the same time easy to carry. However, they do offer an internal alarm which, when activated/configured, will prevent theft and/or tampering as any movement of the camera itself will trigger an alarm both in the camera itself and at the base. Check out the photos I've provided, they don't show the best camera angles, but the image quality is excellent given the unusual camera position, like under a canopy, next to walls, next to corridors, etc. Great product and decent customer service.
