Just received this product today. I have many different medians for making coffee and espresso. And by far the easiest to set up, use and clean. This makes for a well-rounded cup full of flavor. I'm not an espresso expert, but I find this amazing. It even has instructions on how to use the milk frother! Ideal for travel, camping or just around the house. I have a couple of issues: there is no seal between the hot water tank and the lid, I have a feeling that if the unit is accidentally knocked over boiling water may spill out. So, as long as you don't swing the device like crazy with boiling water. *common sense* that shouldn't be a problem. All in all this is an amazing product! *UPDATE* The vendor contacted me via email, he addressed my issues and said he would forward my suggestions to the product development team. It may not be a big deal, but to me it further underscored their commitment to quality in both the product and their relationship with the consumer.
