Just received this product today. I have many different medians for making coffee and espresso. And by far the easiest to set up, use and clean. This makes for a well-rounded cup full of flavor. This makes real espresso pretty easy considering I only have house roasted beans and Baratza Encore. After three attempts and only trying espresso from reputable coffee shops, I got shots that tasted about the same. You won't cram more than 10g of coffee in this thing, and the basket is pretty difficult to clean, but the results are very good. I use 10g of coffee and about 38g of water. Coffee: As the name suggests, this is good, but it cannot be used to make espresso. For coffee snobs, this might be enough to curb coffee cravings, but the flavor it gives is no espresso. I would say that the taste is closer to really strong filter coffee. Drain the coffee as in the first 1/4 of the container before the remaining water dilutes the concentration.
