So I have other combinations of essential oils with Vetiver that I love. And I'm drawn to the woody scents of essential oils. As I opened the bottle and sniffed. The smell, which I can only describe as petrol-like, really amazed me. I misunderstood the smell of vetiver. I thought that maybe if I put a few drops in the diffuser, the scent would self-dissolve and become softer or completely different. No, it still smells of gasoline. Then I thought because I'm smell sensitive for a specific week each month, I just wasn't smelling them like I should. So I put it away and sniffed it again the next week. It still smells of gasoline. I'm frustrated because I really wanted to like it.
