My son is tall and very thin. These panties fit him well and he loves the way they feel. When you buy them, first measure your boy's waist. One small negative: we found that they break down fairly quickly if the chlorine isn't washed out of the pool. Chlorine attacks rubber. Still, I would rate it a 5.
