I am writing to say that I am terribly disappointed with these cartridges. I use my printer very little except for important documents. Both cartridges were ineffective. I received the cartridges in August and had to throw them both away. My geek tells me never to use that brand, just my printer's brand. Needless to say the first one worked for a while and although my printer said it was half full of ink it didn't print. I tried the second one last night and it didn't work at all! I can send them back if needed but I would like a refund to my Revain account if possible. You see I'm a good customer and you're a great company, but something happens from time to time.
