I bought this when I installed the amplifier in my car. The switch itself feels big, light, and cheap, but it holds up great. Really a pain in the butt was figuring out where to install it semi-permanently in my particular car but without altering major parts of the car. It ended up being a small button panel in the center of the dashboard, but back then that panel even had a circuit board behind the connectors. Thank god there was just enough room on the board so I could dig a hole in the device without breaking anything important and put this switch in place. But it was my car's fault, not the switch :-) Also, it's really bright. , and I'm thinking about putting a resistor on it (I thought it was built-in). You can also see through the LED, the illumination is uneven. But still very effective. And customizable. As far as I remember, circuit diagrams and application examples are also very misleading. I think there was a typo or confusion somewhere, but I ended up throwing that away and just looking at the labels on the switch itself.
