Egguru makes hard boiled eggs extremely easy. Pour some water into the pot using the included measuring cup, replace the tray and voila. do you have this! It's so easy even kids can do it. The measuring cup is nice - instead of a liquid measurement, the lines stand for "mild" or "cool" infusions - when the water runs out, you're done. After steaming, I drop the eggs in cold water and the shell almost slides off. Much faster than cooking, uses much less water and energy - what's not to like? It also comes with a great egg slicer which I find very handy and they have a really great downloadable e-book of egg recipes.
