Yes it vignettes at 14 mm. The five stop is not enough in many long exposure shots. You will need to add the 3 stop. The 3 and the 5 work but it causes vignetting. A problem with the screw-types is that you have to set up and focus before you put the filters on and unscrew for every refocus or new shot. This is tedious. The slide through filters would work but the holder on the free arc is flawed and doe not provide equal pressure to hold the filter. The .9 NG filter is not square and that adds new problems for the holder. DO NOT BUY. There is another manufacture providing a 150 mm system that is worthy of a review.
- 145mm x 1mm Standard Thread, both in the front and rear
- The filter requires removing the lens hood, which can leave the lens vulnerable to scratches and other damage
