The ease of use for our sales team was one thing we loved about this product! It helped us organize all aspects in an easy way which made it easier as well when implementing new features or changes into existing ones from time-to-time (which are necessary). Nothing I disliked really but there were some minor issues here & they got fixed quickly after contacting support/sales teams via emailing them directly so no complaints whatsoever!! We used interconverses chat feature quite often during training sessions where clients would ask questions related specifically towards customer service aspect - also great tool if you want your employees trained properly by using live interactive voice responses system instead talking over phone calls etc.- This helps save money too since less staff required otherwise who will be doing those tasks manually now :).
