Great tool if looking into developing automated customer support

The best part of using interconverse as an advertising agency is that you can create your own campaigns and set up rules that work for you and your needs! It's not really easy at first but once it gets used to it the system becomes more streamlined as well as user-friendly. Also there are some features I haven't yet tried out because they are still under development (the chatbot feature). But so far everything works fine when creating ad campaigns, managing budgets, analytics etc. We also use…

User friendly platform that also integrates seamlessly

Being able not only see our customer data but being actually be present in those chats helps build trust even more so between ourselves as business owners/managers of this product & The Team behind it! It seems like they're working hard within all platforms available (Facebook Messenger bot etc.)to try an add value for us clients by integrating into different industries such as Healthcare Marketing Automation tools too :) I would love if you have many other channels from Social Media Platforms…

Great platform to easily manage and train users

The ease of use for our sales team was one thing we loved about this product! It helped us organize all aspects in an easy way which made it easier as well when implementing new features or changes into existing ones from time-to-time (which are necessary). Nothing I disliked really but there were some minor issues here & they got fixed quickly after contacting support/sales teams via emailing them directly so no complaints whatsoever!!
