Review on Repcon Configurator by Napoleon Robbie

I like the customer support, it's fast and efficient. The tool allows me to be able to view all of my leads at one time. Sometimes, I have to reload the page to see new information, other times, the pages load slowly. It would be great if you could export data with the same ease as importing. Also, I wish we had better access to our customers' contact information. We are able to get contact information easily from Salesforce, but not from our repcon system. This is very helpful when trying to follow up on an account. I also love how easy it is to change colors.
