Review on 🌳 KSEIBI 252606 Anvil Lopper: Lightweight Tree Trimmer & Branch Cutter with Telescoping Handle by Gary Newman

I am editing this post because I had high hopes for this product but it failed me when the knob which controls the extension arm broke off in the field. I had made roughly 50 cuts when I tried the arm extension. I was really amazed at the leverage the extended arms gave me but I had limbs to cut so went back to normal mode. After two more branches were cut I noticed one of the arms extended by itself. I looked down and noticed that the one button had broken off and was missing causing the handle to extend on its own.I was hoping for greatness, was happy with them while they did work but in the end the product came up short.I originally gave it one star out of disappointment but the vendor actually reached out to me to fix the issue after I applied for the return and refund. I did not ask for the vendor to get involved but we exchanged a few emails and we both concluded that I had a defective one but that should not take away from the product while it worked. I cannot say I loved the product although it worked extremely well when it functioned. The customer support however, is worth five stars but I cannot honestly review the product while stating that the customer support was outstanding. Defects do occur and I had wished I did not get one but these loppers were comfortable to use and worked well until mine broke. You should not let a single failure to me dissuade you from trying these because the vendor was more than willing to make it right in the end although I ended up getting the refund.
