Leaks, don't waste your $.

I have been using a bio bidet for many years but I needed a new one for my guest bathroom so I took a chance buying this brand at a lower price - it turned out to be more or less identical Product. Huge mistake. Assembly was easy enough, but once I assembled it there was a slow leak where the bidet meets the plastic tube. All connections tightened, read the manual again to make sure I didn't do anything wrong - I didn't and the connections are fine. The plastic tube felt flimsy compared to the bio bidet's metal tube, but I really don't think that was a problem - everything seemed solid. Instead the leak appeared to be coming from INSIDE the bidet assembly just behind the hose. There wasn't anything I could do to fix it so I decided to blame it on one of those things and try again, just a bit of bad luck. So I went back for a replacement and tried again. And the same. Curse. Thing. happens - a slow leak, EXACTLY the same place. I hate to say this, but it's just a piece of junk. By the way, speaking of slow drain, if you only run the bidet for a short time you might not even have a problem or even notice it. But if you let it run for more than 30 seconds - after termination there are invariably drops on the floor. I could see that if you only use it for a few seconds at a time, you might never notice it or run into a problem. But the longer you run, the more water drops accumulate. It won't flood your house or damage your floor - it will probably evaporate within a few hours - but it should NOT leak water anyway, it's just bad design. I returned this one, took another biobidet - it works fine, nothing flows. Worth the extra $10.
