Smarter pet brand

This brand is smart, everything is fine. Smart enough if the batteries die in 2 weeks it has no range or grip and is cheating its customers out of $20-$30. Let's start with the most important. Batteries of "eternal life". These things expire in two weeks or less! I tried changing the batteries (all three from the kit) but NONE WORKS! And I'm very dissatisfied with the battery life. Now for range and grip. Terrible range? Check. Is the grip terrible? Check. There really isn't much more to say. The grip is good although with collar attachments but the collar attachment falls off in less than a month. And finally, what's the deal. Twenty bucks for his thing?! It's too expensive for that! Also, the price for a carved label is a bit overpriced. It should be more like $8. Also, I lost my dog. Luckily we found him after 15 minutes but it was a long hard scary look. I grabbed my phone and looked at the Paw Scout app and all it said was "Out of range, last seen two months ago". Very disappointed. If Pawscout worked, that might have helped, but unfortunately it didn't. This review is probably completely useless, but that's just my experience. I want to return the money.
