It has to do its job when it's needed
It's a big, solid tool. I can't say whether a seat belt cutter or glass breaker will work because thank God I don't need them. I bought it for emergencies and hope I never have to use it. I can point out that the flashlight and emergency light aren't very bright, so I'm not sure how effective they'll be, but they're there, so that's an added plus.
