Overall, excellent compact set of punches. This one is intended for mainly AR use but can be used with other gunsmith applications. The small 5/64th and 1/16th, of which you are given 2 of each are magnetic. The metal hammer heads have a rubber gasket which is good. I have built 7 AR's so far using this set and they have been pricely with some of the roll pins on a few of the cheaper lowers that aren't NASA precise. Without these I would have probably not succeeded as quickly as I did. 5 stars because its worth it and I wouldnt send it back. The negative I found was the hammer handle isn't bonded well to the shaft. I have 2 sets of these. The AR and the Gunsmith set and both hammer handles can be manipulated. That being said, the do not slip right off and they do not move around while working and hammering. I will switch the adhesive to something more permanent and am confident this set will be an A+. I do recommend these sets to the do it yourself gunsmith.
