Replace Damaged/Updated Item

Half of the screen doesn't feel anything. I have to flip the iPad to use this area. The glue isn't the best either. Some areas separate. When the mechanic removed the new replacement, the black thing that was plugged into the iPad broke. Upgraded my purchased one, Amazon replaced my screen and the one I got today is perfect. The screen works very well, now everything works. Many Thanks.
