I received this to fit shelves in our new work van (2021 Ford Transit Connect). It comes with a good selection of implants but you don't need any screws/washers. Installation/use is easy, you can overdo it, but with common sense and practice it's easy to estimate how much power to use. However, 2 of my adjustment points didn't lock properly (one I can explain because the inner metal has a slight bend where it's located) but it starts to twist midway through the screw and then you can't tighten it .
