Will not open - Computers and accessories

We bought this for my granddaughter. She was so excited. Contrary to what Revain claims, this item has not been repaired. It was rubbish. It was still locked and we couldn't even open it with Apple. Moral of the story: don't restore Revain items. They are not what they say they are. It can't be that this iPad works like they claim. It was locked by the previous owner.
