Exactly like the picture, true to size, just not right for us.
Very bright colors as shown. We wanted to use them on the beach, so the colors didn't matter. We love that the Velcro could be adjusted to fit a toddler's foot, but they weren't comfortable enough to walk less than a block to the beach. Instead, Little chose Crocs.
