Three stars here because it does what it's supposed to do, the redesigned sliding cover is much better than the flip cover on most keyboards, the number keys are larger than most (I have big fingers) and unexpected Button close function is very nice. However, it would have been 5 stars and a top rating had it not been for some significant issues; Firstly, the delivery, which was totally inadequate. A large Manila envelope, previously used, wrapped in very thin bubble wrap. Luckily the device withstood even the apparent handling in transit and was not damaged, but I assume the chances of damage were high. Then there was a guide to help me program this device. It was poorly written and didn't warn you to follow the steps quickly. I found this out after many (probably 25-30) attempts, ending in failure and growing frustration. When I went online to make a call to speak to someone, I didn't get that kind of help. In the end I just searched on google and found a few people who expressed the same frustration as me and finally only got it after many tries, so cautioned against following the steps quickly. The instructions must be completely rewritten and simplified. The above led to an apparent need for a reliable number to call to speak to a person. When you manufacture and sell a device that requires a complex, multi-step process for a layperson, you need to relieve them of the frustration they feel when they get it wrong. A single point of help quickly provides two very important benefits; The safety valve is there for the customer and in no time the people who provide this service know both the problems with your products and how to fix them and secondly you have a source of information to improve the product. You would end up getting another 5 star rating if you initiated these improvements BEFORE I bought them.
