Review on 🚲 Retro 1999 BMX Brake Set & Lever: Perfect Vintage Upgrade for BMX Enthusiasts by Tony Reid

Nothing special about the calipers. I remember using the same set when I rode BMX. I bought these to upgrade my BMX which needed new brakes for my 10 year old. The fit and finish are great. Looks good and all the details fit together. My complaint is very important. Those brakes don't stop. After my son crashed into some small children, I thought it might be a lack of traction on my son. I've tried my best and still nothing. I replaced the NEW pads with some old ones I had and voila they worked. If you need calipers they're fine, but do yourself a favor and buy new pads right away or your kid will fall like mine did.
