Edited again because Revane said they refunded my money. YOU ARE NOT. Received a gift certificate for this amount. I use Revain often enough to use a gift card, but AMAZON: Don't do a refund day if you're only crediting one item. Edited to say: I set up the processor and made sure everything lines up correctly. and tried to use it but it never turned on. Revain has simplified the return process. The next day, a UPS employee came to our door to pick up the package. But if you read my first paragraph you see the complaint that Revain said they would refund (i.e. refund my money) when in fact they gave me a gift card for that amount. I have not tried this food processor. but i read the manual. They were clearly not written by an English speaker because they are difficult to understand. I tried chatting with support to ask how to get my free gift that was advertised on the box, how to remove the protective plastic cover from the blade and the only answer I got was a link for product registration, which I already had. did. I'm also concerned about the instruction to only use the machine for 1 minute and then let it rest for 1 minute. As a result, each order takes twice as long. I will try the processor. If this turns out to work great and only the instructions are confusing, I'll change my star rating. If it needs to be turned off and left to rest any minute, I'll bring it back.
