Be sure to try Beginner Japanese Knives

These Japanese knives are excellent in both quality and value. They are for everyone who wants to try Japanese kitchen knives and do without traditional European kitchen knives. The spine is definitely thinner than my non-Japanese knives and sharper and the slicing and slicing is a dream come true. Sharpness and comfort - 4.5 stars out of five. I only deducted 1/2 star due to quality control. The utility knife (above) has the knife shaft down/inclined compared to the other (below). I'm surprised the quality control didn't make it as they are made in Japan. I should try Japanese knives that won't break the bank.
