Great knife! in Asian Knives

Great knife, nicely made and works very very well! If the grip with handles could be more comfortable it would be a big plus + To top it all this is the best knife!

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Not automatic

It makes me want to cook in my Hidden Leaf Village headband.

Not bad and does its job justice. The steel will not rust if left on a wet towel for a few days, and the edge is good right away. A whole chicken shoveled. Seki steel is an amazing material and he learned this from a set of green flared nail clippers that stayed sharp for years even when used to cut things like muddy shoelaces etc.

Pros
  • Useful not only for its intended purpose
Cons
  • There are doubts

Very good knife and great price

The Masamune Nakiri comes in fairly basic, no-frills packaging, but the workmanship is superb - the blade is sharp and all the edges are nicely rounded, including the end and butt Handle. However, for my taste at 161g it is too light compared to the Mercer Genesis Nakiri at 230g, but if dexterity is required this is a great knife at a great price.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Safety

Be sure to try Beginner Japanese Knives

These Japanese knives are excellent in both quality and value. They are for everyone who wants to try Japanese kitchen knives and do without traditional European kitchen knives. The spine is definitely thinner than my non-Japanese knives and sharper and the slicing and slicing is a dream come true. Sharpness and comfort - 4.5 stars out of five. I only deducted 1/2 star due to quality control. The utility knife (above) has the knife shaft down/inclined compared to the other (below). I'mโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Rugged Construction
Cons
  • Upgradeable
