All those five star reviews must be from back sleepers. I also loved lying on my back and reading a book. However, when I rolled onto my stomach to sleep, I immediately felt pressure in my lower back. I also felt the lower half of my body roll down. Oh, that's what sleeping with "different levels of support" is like, I said to myself as I drifted off to sleep. Everything will be fine. It was not good. I woke up with excruciating back pain and my shoulder hurt (I sleep with my arm under my pillow). I figured there was no way I could put it back in the tiny box it came in for return since it hangs at least 2 inches from three sides of my King mattress and I don't have a pallet/forklift. cozy. I decided to try turning it to the standard foam side up. It really helped for a few nights, but then my other shoulder started hurting too and the pain in my back only got worse. I found myself crawling to the foot of the bed, looking for any flat surface I could find. Luckily for me there is a small strip at the base of this thing. Last night I turned it over so this little strip of perfect flatness was on my side of the bed. I can't tell you if it works until I buy something new because with all these injuries I've been forced to sleep on my back (hate). My shoulders hurt so much I can't even roll over to sleep. THIS IS HORRIBLE Someone didn't like this "innovation" very much.
